At 1945 the story, we want to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishables: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

Sanitary/Intimate Goods: Health and personal care items.

Safety Hazards: Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Other: Gift cards and downloadable software.
3. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for opened media (CDs, DVDs, vinyl), items with missing parts, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.
4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Exchanges & Gifts

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at Info@1945THESTORY.com to initiate an exchange.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit. If not, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
