Order & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
Q: How secure is my online order? A: Your security is our priority. When purchasing online, your information is entered into an SSL-secured web page, encrypted, and sent directly to our credit card provider's network. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Q: Are there any exchange rates for international orders? A: All transactions are processed in US Dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank will calculate the total based on the daily exchange rate at the time of processing.
Shipping & Tracking
Q: When will my order be processed? A: Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 2-3 business days. During holidays or sales, please allow extra time. You will receive a tracking email approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? A: Shipping addresses cannot be revised once the order has been processed or shipped. Please ensure you provide a residential address rather than a vacation address to avoid customs delays.
Q: Will I be charged customs and taxes? A: Prices on our site are tax-free in USD. You may be liable for import taxes, duties, and customs fees as determined by your local customs office once the package arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Cancellations
Q: How do I change or cancel my order? A: You may request a cancellation, but please note that all cancellations are subject to a USD 0.50 fee to cover merchant processor charges. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Q: What is your return policy? A: If you aren't satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition with intact packaging. Note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
